In 2005, with the spin-off of the private industrial company: Kiian starts its activities. The Digital business continues its spectacular growth.
The recent years: 2005 - 2013
The international expansion continues with manufacturing in China and the USA.
At the end of 2013 Kiian Group announces new shareholders.
The current time: 2014...
April 2014 marks the spin-off of the digital activities from Kiian Group: Kiian Digital S.p.A. starts its activities.
August 2014; Kiian Digital and J-Teck3 join forces
October 2014; Kiian Digital moves in the new headquarters
Today
J-Teck3 and Kiian Digital merge into JK Group (July 2015).
JK Group S.p.A. acquires Sawgrass Industrial Division (end of July).
